Strategies for Using Chicken
Early Game Strategy
Chicken is most effective when used early in the game to leverage its speed boosts. Starting with Chicken allows players to collect maximum coins and gems quickly, setting a strong foundation for building a powerful squad. Utilize the turbo boosts to navigate the map efficiently and avoid early skirmishes until your squad is stronger.
Battle Mods
Chicken excels in battle mods like Loot Surge, where the main objective is to collect as many coins as possible. The turbo boosts provide a significant advantage in these scenarios, enabling swift collection and quick movement across the map.
Squad Synergy
Chicken pairs well with Supplier category characters such as Trader, Goblin, Penny, and Mavis. This synergy enhances resource collection, as these characters are designed to gather and utilize in-game resources effectively. Combining Chicken with these characters maximizes your squad’s ability to collect coins and gems rapidly.
Defensive Strategy
While Chicken has moderate health, it can still serve a defensive role when paired with tanks or all-rounders like Barbarian King or Barbarian. The speed boosts can help Chicken escape dangerous situations and regroup with stronger defensive characters.
Offensive Strategy
In the Doppelgangers game mode, Chicken’s turbo boosts are particularly valuable. They allow your squad to chase down low-health enemies efficiently, ensuring you can eliminate threats and gather resources swiftly. The Hatchlings spawned in Classic and Ultra forms add to Chicken’s offensive capabilities, making it a versatile choice.
Unlocking Chicken
Chicken is accessible early in the game and can be unlocked by completing level 6 of the squad journey. For those eager to use Chicken sooner, it can also be purchased from the in-game shop.
Emotes and Skins
Chicken currently has eight emotes and three skins available:
- Default
- Black Belt
- Formal
These cosmetic options allow players to customize Chicken’s appearance, adding a personal touch to their squad.
As a Speedster, Chicken plays a critical role in early-game strategy by collecting resources quickly and efficiently. Its abilities to provide turbo boosts and spawn Hatchlings make it a versatile character for both offensive and defensive strategies. Whether you’re aiming to gather resources quickly or need a speedy character to chase down enemies, Chicken is a must-have for your squad.
