How Fusion Works
To initiate a Fusion, you need to gather three identical characters during a match. Once merged, the new, fused character boasts increased health and damage, significantly improving their combat effectiveness. Additionally, each fused character receives a Fusion Perk that upgrades their special ability, making it more potent in battle.
Benefits of Fusion Characters
- Enhanced Stats and Abilities: Fused characters gain improved stats, including higher health and greater damage output. For example, a fused Barbarian becomes an Elite Barbarian with 4900 health and 280 damage, while a fused Greg can chop down trees in a single swing, with 4550 health and 200 damage. Each character’s Fusion Perk is unique and provides significant advantages.
- Cheaper Chest Costs: One of the strategic advantages of Fusion is the reduction in chest costs. In Squad Busters, the coin cost for opening chests increases with each new member added to your squad. However, fusing characters reduces the overall squad count, thereby lowering the chest cost for adding new members.

Size Increase and Exceptions
When characters fuse, they become 40% larger. However, there are some exceptions:
- Chicken grows 60% larger.
- Tank in her actual tank grows 15% larger.
- Super or Ultra Bo Mine grows 25% larger.
- Pam’s Healing Station grows 25% larger.
- Dynamike’s Big Bomb does not change in size.
