Understanding Brawl Stars Refund Policy

- Click on “Report a problem” and select the option that describes your issue.
- Submit your report and wait for a response from Google.
- Apple App Store:
- Find your receipt in your email linked to your Apple ID, which is sent to you by Apple after any purchase.
- Click on the “Report a Problem” link next to the purchase.
- Sign in with your Apple ID, select the problem, and write a detailed explanation.
- Submit your request.
- Google Play Store:
- Learn from the Experience: While getting a refund may not always be possible, use this as a learning opportunity to carefully review purchases in the future before making them. Supercell often releases special offers and previews of skins, so take time to consider whether you really want that skin.
